By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction in order to make a purchase on our Site

The products and services available on the Site are for personal and/or professional use only, and you shall not sell or resell any of the products you purchase from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order if we believe it may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, issues identified by fraud avoidance, or technological glitches.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All information and content available on the Site and its look and feel, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, features, functions, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the “Content”) is the property of Odave and is protected by Indian and international laws governing copyrights and trademarks.

• Social Media Tagging: When you share, post, or upload content tagging our products on platforms like Facebook or Instagram, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, display, copy, and share that content.
• Brand Integrity: You undertake to not show our products in a derogatory manner against any other products or brands. Any unauthorized usage, reproduction, or derogatory portrayal of our brand may result in a demand for damages.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Payments: Payments for products may be made via UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through authorized secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for limited areas only.

Shipping: Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days (7-20 working days in rare scenarios), subject to product availability and the courier partner's delivery time. The risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery. Customers are strongly advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.

To protect the integrity of our brand, we maintain a strict policy regarding defective items:

• Credit Notes Only: No monetary refunds will be provided; credit notes will be issued strictly upon the receipt of a defective product. Cash-on-Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The Unboxing Video Requirement: If you receive a defective product, you must contact Odave via phone, WhatsApp chat, or email, and you must highlight the problem with an unboxing video. This video recording must clearly show the opening of the parcel delivered by the courier company, intact with labels and the Odave outer box packaging. Failing to do so or creating a video after the box is opened, the refund will not be considered.
• Social Media Disparagement: You agree not to take to social media (including personal accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. anything which uses internet and public) to disparage the image of Odave by posting images or writing content about a defective or damaged product. If this policy is violated, Odave reserves the right to refuse to issue any refund or replacement product.

No refunds shall be issued in case you contract an infection or allergic reaction upon the use of our product. If you claim an allergy was caused strictly by an Odave product, you must write to us privately via email and append a doctor’s certificate stating the allergy was caused by the product. You agree to resolve this via email and not take to any social media platforms.

The site and its services are presented "as is". Under no circumstances will Odave be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) related to the site or your use thereof. In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability for any claims exceed Rs. 25,000/-.

• Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: All rights, obligations, and actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to your use of the site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You agree that any arbitration will be limited to the dispute between us individually, and you waive any right to class-action procedures.
• AmendmentsWe reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changed Terms and Conditions.
