Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing and Handling Times We strive to get your beautiful jewelry to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • In-Stock Items: For items that are currently in stock, please allow 3 to 5 days for our team to process and prepare your order for shipment.
  • Custom Orders: All custom-designed jewelry pieces or special orders will be shipped the following day after your order is completed in our facility.

2. Delivery Timelines Once an order is accepted and processed, it will usually be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that exact delivery times may be affected by product availability, your geographic location, your shipping destination, and our courier partner’s delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Costs and Methods We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard delivery and enhanced services (such as 2-day or overnight delivery on selected locations).

  • A minimal shipping fee of Rs. 49/- is applicable on orders below Rs. 999/-
  • If you choose our Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an additional fee may be applicable regardless of your total order value.
  • Note: All shipping and delivery costs will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Requirements and Restrictions To ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry, all orders must be shipped to a valid residence or business address; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Furthermore, a valid signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. The risk of loss and title to the products will pass to you the moment the package is delivered to your designated address.

5. Damaged or Tampered Shipments We take enormous care in packaging your jewelry securely. However, customers are strongly advised not to accept any shipments that appear tampered with or damaged by the courier. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Return Shipping Responsibilities If you choose to return an item according to our Returns Policy, please be aware of the following shipping guidelines:

  • Customer Responsibility: The return delivery cost must be paid for by the customer. The only exception to this rule is if you are returning faulty or defective goods, in which case Odave will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid when initially ordering the product. However, if you opted for an enhanced shipping service (such as expedited next-day delivery), the additional cost for that enhanced service will not be refunded.
